A former Premier League player has publicly urged Bruno Fernandes to consider a move to Al-Hilal, where he currently plays.
Miguel Pinho, the agent for the Manchester United captain, reportedly discussed a potentially very lucrative transfer to the Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal last week.

Sources suggest Al-Hilal is prepared to bid £100 million for Fernandes and offer him a tax-free three-year contract valued at £200 million.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, this offer could increase, as Al-Hilal is determined to sign Fernandes, describing him as their “top target”.
Negotiations involving Al-Hilal, Manchester United, and Fernandes`s representatives are expected to continue throughout the current week.
Reports indicate that Fernandes himself is “seriously considering” the prospect of leaving Manchester United.
Joining the Riyadh-based team would mean Fernandes links up with former Premier League players already at Al-Hilal, including Ruben Neves, Joao Cancelo, Aleksandar Mitrovic, and Kalidou Koulibaly.
His fellow Portuguese international, Ruben Neves, has expressed his desire for Fernandes to join the club.
Speaking to O Jogo, former Wolves captain Neves stated: “I recommend any player who is in the national team. We have a lot of talent. We are lucky in that aspect. A small country, but with excellent players, just yesterday four won the Champions League. That makes any child dream. I would like to have any player from the national team in my team.”
Neves himself moved to Al-Hilal from Wolves in 2023 for £47 million and is reported to earn £15.6 million annually tax-free.
Neves`s comments follow recent reports of Fernandes having dinner with Joao Cancelo, sparking speculation.
This meeting led fans to speculate that Cancelo might have been acting as an `agent` for Al-Hilal, discussing a potential reunion there.
Responding to a question about whether Fernandes`s recent match in Hong Kong could be his last for Man Utd, Sporting CP coach Ruben Amorim reportedly said: “I don’t know for sure, nobody knows, but I don’t think so. He is seeing us taking some actions to change all the things and I think that is all that he wants to stay. He’s saying ‘no’ to a lot of things, but it shows that he wants to win. He’s really young, he’s really good. He needs to be in the best league in the world.”
