CEO Nemiga Gaming Denies Rumors of Completed zweih Transfer to Team Spirit

17-year-old rifler Ivan `zweih` Gogin has extended his contract with Nemiga Gaming and remains officially on their main CS2 roster, despite interest from other clubs. The CEO of Nemiga stated this amid rumors that the esports player was transferring to Team Spirit.

Regarding the rumors circulating in public sources about Vanya`s `contract termination` and supposed finalized agreements with other clubs, we hasten to refute this information:

  • Vanya`s contract has not expired. We already agreed on an extension during BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, and legally there are no grounds for termination.
  • There is indeed interest from other teams. As of today, four clubs have sent us offers, and we are in negotiations. However, none of these have been accepted by either us or Vanya yet.
  • Vanya remains a key player on our team. We highly value his contribution and will certainly find a solution that is optimal for both the club and the player himself.

All official news and comments are published exclusively on our official resources. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Sincerely,
CEO Nemiga Gaming Sergey Voronovich

Rumors about Team Spirit`s interest in zweih surfaced shortly after BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. Later, the author of the `Kibersporta Baza` channel shared that the player might leave Nemiga Gaming for free due to an expired contract. On June 29, alleged quotes from the owner of Nemiga confirming Gogin`s transfer to Spirit were published on the LLoyd channel.
