Collapse Breaks Down Spirit’s Victory Over PARIVISION at BLAST Slam III

Team Spirit`s offlaner, Magomed Khalilov, known as Collapse, provided insights into his team`s recent match against PARIVISION in the BLAST Slam III Dota 2 playoffs. He discussed the series in a video message shared on the team`s Telegram channel.

Collapse offered his perspective on the 2-1 win: “Hey everyone. We played against PARIVISION today and won 2:1. What can I say? They were intense games. Game two didn`t go quite our way, but I think game one was basically okay. What happened there… I don`t really remember… Ah, we couldn`t initiate on them: they had Earthshaker and Ancient Apparition – I jumped in and got killed. But we managed to take it late and secure the win.”

“Regarding game two? There are a couple of ways to look at it: we *could* have won that game (it would have been tough, but possible), or we could have just lost very quickly – that`s also a possibility. But we ended up losing because Morphling was an uncontestable hero for three of our core heroes: he simply beats everyone, he has two stuns, and we only had one stun on Storm Spirit, so it didn`t work out well for us.”

“Game three? Simply put, it was Magnus. Nothing more really needs to be said. Gyrocopter was also a very strong pick, but for some reason, they didn`t ban it against Enigma. Maybe they were hoping Ilyukha wouldn`t play, but he did.”

Team Spirit faced PARIVISION in the second round of the BLAST Slam III playoffs. Collapse`s team emerged victorious with a 2-1 score, eliminating Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko`s roster from the competition. Team Spirit`s next match in the tournament will be against Team Tidebound.
