Darren Fletcher, a Manchester United icon, has a reason to be exceptionally proud this week.
His 18-year-old twin sons, Jack and Tyler, both had the honor of wearing the captain`s armband for their national teams during the recent international break.

Darren Fletcher, 41, a former Manchester United star with 80 appearances for Scotland and 16 as captain, initially saw both his sons choose to represent England in their youth careers.
However, Tyler decided to switch allegiances in October 2023, following in his father`s footsteps to play for Scotland.
This has led to the unique situation where both Tyler and Jack captained different national teams during the international break, despite being twins.
Tyler captained Scotland Under-19s in their match against Poland on March 22, which Scotland unfortunately lost 4-1.
Jack had a more positive outcome two days earlier on March 20.
He captained England`s Under-18 team to a 2-2 draw against Czechia.
Adding to their achievements, this captaincy milestone comes shortly after Jack scored twice for Manchester United`s Under-21s in a 5-1 victory over West Brom, with both goals assisted by Tyler.
The twins previously moved to Manchester United from Manchester City`s youth setup.
Both brothers are demonstrating significant potential within Manchester United`s youth ranks.
