Gaimin Gladiators Announce Roster Change: Malady Replaces Seleri
Gaimin Gladiators, a prominent esports organization, has revealed changes to their Dota 2 lineup. Support player Melchior “Seleri” Hillenkamp has stepped down from the main roster and moved to an inactive status. The announcement was made through the team’s social media channels.
Taking Seleri’s place in the Gladiators’ roster is Arman “Malady” Orazbaev. Malady will join the team for their remaining closed qualifier match for FISSURE Universe: Episode 4, where they face Yakult’s Brothers in the lower bracket. The updated lineup will also compete in DreamLeague Season 25, scheduled from February 16 to March 2.
Seleri had been a part of Gaimin Gladiators since 2022, during which time the team achieved numerous successes, including championships at The Bali Major 2023 and ESL One Berlin Major 2023. The squad also secured runner-up positions at The International in both 2023 and 2024. According to team representatives, Hillenkamp opted for inactive status to take a break from Dota 2 due to the demanding tournament schedule. The timeline for Seleri’s potential return to the main roster remains uncertain.
