Ironheart Debuts with Historically Low Rating for Marvel

The television series “Ironheart” (Ironheart) has set a new low for Marvel`s TV productions. Shortly after its release, the show`s rating on the IMDb platform plummeted to just 4.3 out of 10.

Audience reception has been largely negative, with viewers criticizing the new series as “soulless,” “perfunctory,” and “boring.” This rating places “Ironheart” below the previous lowest-rated Marvel series, “Inhumans,” which held a 4.9/10. The bottom five least favorably received Marvel series now also include “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” (5.2/10), “Secret Invasion” (5.8/10), “Echo” (5.9/10), and “Ms. Marvel” (6.2/10).

“Ironheart” follows the story of Riri Williams, a young woman with the ingenuity to construct an advanced suit of armor, mirroring Iron Man`s design. After being expelled from MIT, Williams crosses paths with gangster Parker Robbins, who offers her a path to acquire the capital needed to pursue her technological ambitions. The narrative sees Williams navigating Robbins` clandestine operations and exploring how technological innovation can challenge mystical forces.
