IShowSpeed Paid Fan $2,000 to Shave Head on Stream

During a recent live broadcast, streamer Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. offered a viewer $2,000 to shave their head completely bald in real-time. This haircut was part of an IShowSpeed challenge.

Initially, the agreement was for $500 for a completely shaved head. However, the fan countered, suggesting IShowSpeed increase the offer to $3,000 if he were to keep an “ugly” haircut, specifically leaving hair on the temples. IShowSpeed declined this counteroffer but ultimately decided to pay the fan $2,000 instead of the original $500.

The challenge’s concept involved Watkins Jr. approaching random people in a chat roulette and asking them to spin a wheel of fortune. The wheel contained various actions to perform. If the person completed the task, they would receive a cash reward. Some of the tasks included knocking on a neighbor’s door, spilling milk on pants, eating a raw egg, breaking a monitor, and shaving one’s head.
