FaZe Clan`s CS2 captain, Finn “karrigan” Andersen, shared his thoughts on the team`s recent performance in an interview.
He believes the team is moving in the right direction, but progress is slow. With several major tournaments ahead, including PGL Bucharest 2025, Karrigan emphasized the necessity of winning a trophy this year. While acknowledging it`s their goal, he honestly finds it difficult to claim they are currently contenders for victory. Karrigan expressed his usual desire to win and aim for first place, but admitted he primarily wants to see improved gameplay from the team, especially in crucial moments, as their current performance is inconsistent. He knows they are capable of winning tournaments when playing well, but maintaining that level consistently is challenging. Karrigan recognizes that setbacks and losses are inevitable.
PGL Bucharest 2025 began on April 6th in Romania, featuring 16 teams competing for a $625,000 prize pool. FaZe Clan started the tournament with a 1:2 loss against Astralis.
