LenaGol0vach on Nix’s 100,000 Steps Challenge: “People Are So Easily Impressed These Days”

Streamer Sergey “LenaGol0vach” Karnaukhov commented that he doesn`t consider walking 100,000 steps in a single day to be particularly difficult. During a Twitch broadcast, he noted that he easily meets the standard daily goal of 10,000 steps just through his usual movement around his apartment.

It`s incredible how easily people can be impressed these days. 100,000 steps! The daily norm is 10,000. My activity tracker shows I complete 10,000 steps even if I don`t leave the house, just by walking around the apartment. 100,000 is just ten times that.

I was watching RAMZES666`s stream yesterday. Some person came in and wrote: `Sanya is dying, Nix is dying, Levin is dying!` I thought: What happened? I checked, I was curious. And they had only walked 40,000 steps, and everyone was writing that they were about to die and had no water. Seriously, people were dying from lack of water! I thought: unbelievable. Then I saw they walked another 10,000 steps and still didn`t die. Why write that?

[Responding to a chat message: `It`s 35 degrees heat in Miami`.] So what? Guys, 10,000 steps is easy for me. It`s completely trivial. Especially since one of them is a football player. Ask that football player how much he ran during training. He probably covered 100,000 steps every day just training. And here they just had to walk it! Honestly, it`s surprising to see such a reaction.

Look, I`d understand if it was someone who weighed 200 kg walking that distance. Yes, for them it might be a lot. But one of them is a football player with enormous legs. It seems to me he could have walked not 100,000, but all 300,000. Just feed him and give him water.

What are you writing about? It`s a fact. Just look: I complete 10,000 steps without leaving home. The only thing I won`t comment on is the water. Maybe it was very hot there and they were thirsty. But if you take all that away, and give them at least a basic 0.5 liter of water, I think you can walk endlessly. Especially Miami, you look around, it`s all beautiful.

LenaGol0vach made these comments while discussing the stream by Alexander “Nix” Levin, which took place on June 16th. Over 18 hours, Levin and his partner Artyom “risenHAHA” Kuzmin completed a 100,000-step walk through the streets and parks of Miami without planned food or drinks. They did occasionally stop to rest and cooled themselves using water from fountains, natural bodies of water, and containers they had.
