Manchester United’s head of sports medicine and first-team doctor have resigned from the club.
The Red Devils are currently experiencing a significant injury problem with ten senior players unavailable due to various ailments.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe recently oversaw another round of staff reductions, letting go of 200 more employees as his cost-cutting strategies continue.
However, the departures of sports medicine expert Gary O’Driscoll and senior doctor Jim Moxon are reportedly unrelated to these redundancies and job losses.
Reports indicate that O’Driscoll’s departure is considered a "huge surprise", especially since he joined from Arsenal just a year and a half ago.
He is highly regarded in the medical community and is believed to have made a positive contribution during his time at the club.
Moxon is leaving Man Utd after two years to "pursue another opportunity", having previously been with Liverpool.
Both are expected to remain in their positions for a short period to facilitate the transition to their successors.
Manchester United’s squad is currently stretched thin due to a significant number of injuries affecting the team.
Lisandro Martinez and Amad Diallo are not expected to return until the next season due to ACL and ankle injuries, respectively.
The list of sidelined senior players also includes Altay Bayindir, Jonny Evans, Leny Yoro, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, Kobbie Mainoo, and Manuel Ugarte.
Due to these absences, Ruben Amorim had to include six teenagers on the bench for the 1-1 draw against Arsenal on Sunday: Ayden Heaven, Harry Amass, Elyh Harrison, Chido Obi, Jack Fletcher, and Jack Moorhouse.
