Marcus Rashford has reportedly become a target for Inter Milan as the Italian club looks to bounce back following their challenging season, which included a disappointing Champions League final defeat.
The 27-year-old forward from Manchester United spent the latter half of the season on loan at Aston Villa, where his impressive form earned him a place back in the England national squad.

However, Aston Villa, who narrowly missed out on securing a Champions League spot for the 2025-26 season, are unlikely to make a permanent offer for Rashford, primarily due to his high wage demands.
Villa manager Unai Emery and the club`s staff are now concentrating on other potential signings and are focused on retaining striker Ollie Watkins, who has been linked with a move away from Villa Park.
According to sources close to the player, Rashford does not envision a future at Old Trafford under the management of Ruben Amorim.

Reports suggest that a disagreement arose between the player and the Portuguese manager last season, reportedly due to Amorim`s dissatisfaction with Rashford`s attitude during training sessions and away from the pitch.
This situation means Rashford is actively seeking a new club, which has put Inter Milan on high alert.
The prominent Italian club is reportedly looking to strengthen their squad after suffering a heavy 5-0 defeat in the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain. This loss followed them losing out on the Serie A title late in the season, which eventually went to Napoli.
Inter club officials reportedly believe that bringing in Rashford could be a significant boost and would generate enthusiasm among the fanbase.
Although Manchester United would ideally prefer a permanent transfer deal, Inter is also exploring the possibility of a long-term loan arrangement.
A source indicated that Marcus is open to the idea of moving abroad for a fresh start. They added that many players have successfully transferred from the Premier League to Serie A in recent years and performed well, which makes the prospect appealing to both the player and Inter Milan.
Rashford`s future at United is currently uncertain, similar to that of several other players.
For instance, his teammates Jadon Sancho and Antony concluded the recent season on loan at different clubs and are considered surplus to the team`s requirements.
However, offloading these players presents a challenge for Manchester United because of their substantial wage packages.
