Claire Rowlands, the mother of Manchester City football sensation Phil Foden, is relocating after a week marked by fan abuse directed at her.
In 2021, football star Phil Foden purchased the five-bedroom mansion where his mother, Claire Rowlands, and father, Phil Sr., resided.

However, he later moved out with his fiancée Rebecca Cooke, with whom he has three young children.
Now, the property situated in the North West is listed with offers starting from £3 million – £150,000 more than its original purchase price.
The luxury mansion features a swimming pool, gym, cinema room, golf simulator, and a wine cellar.
Reportedly, Claire and Phil Sr. have faced disagreements with their neighbors due to noise disturbances from several parties they hosted.
An insider mentioned, “Phil and his family enjoyed wonderful moments in that home. After Phil moved out, it was convenient for him to have his parents nearby.”
“They did experience some issues with neighbors, and now that Phil has relocated to the countryside, it seems his parents might be following suit.”
Phil, who was absent from City’s squad for yesterday`s 5-2 victory against Crystal Palace, was asked for his comments.
He was reportedly upset following the Manchester derby last Sunday after Manchester United fans directed abusive chants towards his mother.
Yesterday, his grandmother Mary Keates commented, “These individuals need to reflect on their behavior. Claire is an exceptional woman and mother.”
“It deeply disturbed the entire family; it’s appalling. It sickens me.”
