S1mple: “I want to prove I’m still worthy. Give me a month”

CS2 player Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev shared his thoughts on his return to the professional scene and his performance while playing for FaZe Clan. The esports athlete admitted that he is not currently showing the maximum of his abilities but intends to quickly change that.

I like playing right now, I want to play CS. I don`t want to miss tier 1 tournaments anymore.

This is not my peak level. I don`t want to make excuses about us playing with skullz [at IEM Dallas], or anything else. I just know that I will get better, the whole team will get better. With this roster, we can achieve certain results.

I know this, but people don`t know it.

I want to prove them wrong. Do it quickly. The most important thing is — I want to prove to myself that I am still worthy. I know this, but I want other people to see it too.

Give me one month, just one month, and it will be a completely different story. I am sure that in a few weeks we will be better.

Earlier, Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski commented on s1mple joining FaZe Clan, noting that they interact well and complement each other effectively.
