Sindarov Continues Unstoppable Streak in Candidates Tournament

Javokhir Sindarov has further solidified his position at the top of the Candidates Tournament in Cyprus, securing his sixth win out of ten rounds. He achieved this remarkable feat by defeating Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu in a keenly contested game, remaining undefeated throughout the tournament.

In other key matchups of the tenth round, Anish Giri, who currently holds sole second place, was forced to a draw by Hikaru Nakamura. Similarly, Fabiano Caruana also ended his game in a draw. With only four rounds left to play, Sindarov now enjoys a comfortable two-point advantage over his closest rivals.
