Khaled “sQreen” El-Khabbash, Dota 2 Director at Mosquito Clan, has expressed his reaction to his team`s victory over Heroic in the DreamLeague S26 qualifiers. He shared his thoughts on securing a spot in the tournament via Telegram.
sQreen stated with emotion that his underdog team, with significantly lower budget compared to Heroic, defeated the regional top team, preventing them from reaching a Tier 1 tournament. He described it as a total rout.
He reminisced about 2015 when he and Tier 3 mixes were defeating Tier 1 organizations, noting history repeating itself in a different role after 10 years. sQreen expressed immense pride in his players and eagerly anticipates their bootcamp starting the day after tomorrow. At the bootcamp, they will participate in the Fissure tournament against CIS and European teams and prepare for the PGL LAN event.
