Tundra Esports Explains DreamLeague Season 26 Withdrawal

Esports organization Tundra Esports has revealed the reason why their Dota 2 roster will not be participating in DreamLeague Season 26. The club shared the information via a post on its official X (formerly Twitter) page.

The primary factor behind Tundra Esports` decision to skip the tournament is the demanding schedule currently faced by the Dota 2 professional scene. Representatives from the club stated that while the team has been consistently attending events in early 2025, the players require a period of rest ahead of Riyadh Masters 2025.

News that Tundra Esports had decided to withdraw from DreamLeague Season 26 first surfaced on May 1st. Natus Vincere Junior has taken their place in the tournament. DreamLeague Season 26 is scheduled to take place online from May 19th to June 1st. Sixteen teams will compete for a million-dollar prize pool and 29,200 ESL Pro Tour points. This event marks the final ranking tournament of the third EPT season before Riyadh Masters 2025. Notably, Team Spirit had also previously announced their withdrawal from DreamLeague S26.
