Netflix has released the official trailer for the upcoming fantasy action film “The Old Guard 2”. The preview of the sequel is now available for viewing on YouTube.
The original “The Old Guard” is an adaptation of the graphic novel series, centering on a covert team of immortal mercenaries who have protected humanity throughout history. In this second installment, the group`s leader, Andy, must come to terms with her unexpected return to mortality while confronting a formidable new enemy: the very first immortal being.
The film “The Old Guard 2” is scheduled for release on July 2, 2025. The cast features prominent actors in key roles, including Uma Thurman, known for her work in films like “Kill Bill” and “Gattaca”, and Charlize Theron, recognized for her roles in hits such as “Mad Max: Fury Road” and “The Devil`s Advocate”.
