Virtus.pro Withdraws from The International 2025 Eastern Europe Qualifiers

Esports organization Virtus.pro has announced its withdrawal from the upcoming closed qualifiers for The International 2025 in the Eastern Europe region.

The specific reason for Virtus.pro`s decision to pull out is currently unknown. Virtus.pro was originally among the teams directly invited to the closed qualifiers for Eastern Europe by Valve, alongside Natus Vincere, One Move, L1ga Team, and Aurora Gaming. It remains uncertain whether Virtus.pro plans to compete in open qualifiers in a different region.

This follows a similar earlier withdrawal by Natus Vincere from the same EEU closed qualifiers. Na`Vi opted to pursue qualification for TI 2025 via the open qualifiers in Western Europe, citing scheduling conflicts between the EEU qualifiers and the Riyadh Masters 2025 tournament.

The closed qualifiers for The International 2025 in Eastern Europe are scheduled to run from June 4th to 8th. The tournament will award a single qualification spot for the main event.
