As anticipated, the upcoming Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will feature a wide array of Batman costumes. Already confirmed are the iconic Adam West TV show suit, Tim Burton’s classic “The Batman,” the popular “The Dark Knight” suit, the visually striking “Batman Ninja” outfit, and a highly anticipated addition for many players: the “Batman: Arkham” attire.
A new trailer has confirmed another costume. This one is notably more recent and perhaps less widely recognized than the others: the “Absolute Batman” suit. This comic book iteration, created by Scott Snyder, rapidly gained immense popularity after its 2024 debut. In this universe, Gotham City’s dynamics are significantly altered, and Batman himself is portrayed as a massive, robust figure who is not financially well-off (unlike the billionaire Joker of this setting).
A video now showcases the Absolute Batman costume in action, with Scott Snyder himself observing his Lego creation in all its glory as it battles alongside Absolute Catwoman. If you haven’t yet delved into this comic book series, it’s highly recommended to pick up a copy immediately – you won’t regret it and can thank us later.
Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is set to launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S/X on May 22nd, with a later release planned for the Switch 2.
