Carlos Ulberg Loses Newly Won UFC Championship Belt

Carlos Ulberg, the recently crowned UFC light heavyweight champion, has already misplaced his title. While he didn’t lose it in a fight, the belt has simply gone missing.

Ulberg shared with Fox Sports Australia on Monday that he “lost the belt, bro. I don’t know exactly where it is.” He explained that despite initial plans to abstain from drinking after his win, celebratory champagne led to shots, and one drink turned into many. Ulberg and his group of friends went out to an afterparty at a nightclub in Miami after the fight. Afterward, they went back to one of their apartments, where Ulberg believes he left the belt to avoid carrying it around. He suspects a friend might even have it with them.

Carlos Ulberg secured the vacant UFC light heavyweight title by defeating former champion Jiri Prochazka in the main event of UFC 327 in Miami on Saturday.
