Pokémon Pokopia Launches Limited-Time Jump Rope Contest This Weekend

Pokémon Pokopia, initially described as an Animal Crossing clone featuring Pokémon, has far exceeded expectations and become incredibly popular. To keep its massive player base entertained with engaging activities, The Pokémon Company has announced a new event: “Bulbasaur’s Jump Rope Contest.”

This limited-time event will run from April 19th to April 26th, and it is exactly as it sounds – a jump rope competition.

To participate, players must first complete the “Yawn up a storm” quest in the Withered Wasteland. Once completed, simply express your interest to Bulbasaur outside the Pokémon Center to join. The more jumps you perform, the better prizes you can expect.

Additionally, the game allows players to connect with others, either in their own worlds or on Cloud Islands, to engage in multiplayer jump rope contests. In another player’s world, both the host and guests can participate, including those in spectator mode. The highest jump count achieved by any participating player will set the world’s high score, but only the host will receive prizes.
