TaylorMade has unveiled its latest collection of precision-milled putters, the SYSTM2 range. This new line is crafted to seamlessly blend classic putter aesthetics with modern performance engineering, offering golfers an elevated experience on the greens.

TaylorMade SYSTM2 Putter: Innovative Technology

At the heart of every SYSTM2 putter is a meticulously engineered, precision-milled face. This design is crucial for achieving consistent ball roll and a superior feel at impact.

The face undergoes a sophisticated manufacturing process: first, it’s fly-cut across the entire hitting surface, followed by the addition of grooves created with a saw-cutter at a specific depth. This dual-stage milling optimizes feedback and ensures uniform performance across the face, even on off-center strikes.

TaylorMade also utilizes Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology to achieve precise weight distribution within the putter head. This advanced method allows engineers to strategically redistribute mass from behind the face towards the heel and toe, significantly increasing stability at impact and promoting more consistent results on mishits.

The putter heads are milled from 304 stainless steel, a material specifically chosen for its softer feel compared to harder steel alloys. This construction enhances feedback and improves distance control, while also allowing for exceptionally tight machining tolerances that guarantee consistency throughout the entire range.

A striking visual element of the SYSTM2 line is its two-tone finish. The front section features a refined satin scratch silver finish, contrasted by a black PVD coating on the rear section. This intentional contrast is designed to help golfers more easily frame the ball and square the putter face to their target line. Furthermore, the silver portion of the head is treated with a hydro-blasted surface, enhancing its appearance and ensuring long-term durability.
