The Guild: Europa 1410 Early Access Delayed to September

July 10, 2026Pablo Navarro2 мин

If you were looking forward to diving into Ashborne Games' "The Guild: Europa 1410" next week, we unfortunately have some disappointing news. The developer has decided to postpone the early access release of the project from July 16th to an unspecified date in September.

This was confirmed by Ashborne in a blog post on Steam, where they explained: "In light of the feedback we received on our demo, we've decided to push back the early access release date, initially scheduled for July 16th, to September of this year. We will use this extra time to refine the game and incorporate community feedback, ensuring you get a pleasant early access experience right from the start."

This additional development time will be used to implement several changes to the game. These include a new urban area that will serve as a tutorial, user interface improvements to optimize the gameplay experience, more detailed animations to depict worker activities, and support for more languages, some of which will be text-only while others will feature full voice-overs.

Ashborne added: "We know the announcement of our early access release has generated a lot of enthusiasm and curiosity. But don't worry: while we take the time to make further improvements to the early access version of the game, you'll be able to explore some of these new features in an upcoming update to the demo of The Guild – Europa 1410."

The developer also clarified that this delay will not impact their roadmap for future content and game support. They promise that "we will still be adding multiplayer, more maps and professions, as well as deeper mechanics related to economy, politics, and your dynasty in the future. We'll explain all of this in more detail in our roadmap before the early access release, so stay tuned!"
