ZOTAC Introduces 20th Anniversary Special Edition RTX 5080
ZOTAC is commemorating its 20th anniversary with a distinctive version of the GeForce RTX 5080, dubbed the SOLID CORE OC. This special edition boasts a striking titanium color scheme and a unique reflective backplate, designed to stand out in PC builds with visible components where aesthetics are paramount.
The celebratory backplate is designed for tool-free removal and replacement, utilizing a magnetic fastening system. The package also includes the DUO ARGB GPU Stand, which features integrated lighting and an additional magnetic element for enhanced stability.
Customization and Cooling Details
For thermal performance, ZOTAC has implemented its IceStorm 3.0 Advanced Cooling system. This setup includes a vapor chamber, six composite heatpipes, and three BladeLink fans. The vapor chamber has been enlarged compared to previous designs, and a metal frame adds to the card's rigidity.
The RTX 5080 measures 303.5 mm in length and occupies 2.5 slots, making it more compact than the previous RTX 4090 AMP EXTREME. The card also features SPECTRA RGB lighting, fan control, and overclocking capabilities managed through the FireStorm software.
ZOTAC has not yet announced the price or availability of this 20th Anniversary Edition.
