Mortal Shell II Set to Launch in August on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S
If you thought the latter half of August was already packed with anticipated releases like Star Wars: Zero Company, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, and Gamescom, developer Cold Symmetry is adding yet another title to the mix, further crowding the release schedule.
The release date for Mortal Shell II has officially been confirmed: the sequel to the action RPG will arrive on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S on August 20th. Yes, in just under six weeks, the game will be available. Pre-orders are currently open, offering fans a 72-hour "Advanced Access" period with a specific edition, effectively bringing the release date forward to August 17th.
In addition to this news, Cold Symmetry has also revealed the pricing for Mortal Shell II. The Standard Edition will be priced at £39.99 / €49.99. The Devout Edition, which includes the early access, will be available for £47.99 / €59.99 and will also feature the Obsidian skin pack.
